Order cancellations

Cancellation of orders can be done only in the following case: To send us e-mail by the end of the day of the order, with your details and order number and one of our associates will take the cancellation.

Product returns

The ΑΦΟΙ ΜΑΡΗ Ο.Ε. enables, through the fullness of whose descriptions display its pages, enjoying the privilege of direct contact with the products available from the screen of your computer, quickly and easily. To be able to offer very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international moment of your order.

You can return the goods in case of non-compliance of its features with respect to the order, or if product is damaged. In any case, please contact us prior to a period not exceeding 14 calendar days to refund the money corresponding to the value of the order, and packing and shipping costs.

All returns are accepted upon request and only if the packaging is intact. In the case of opened packaging is not acceptable for return and the product is returned to the sender with the same charge.
